These notices govern use of matt88.it and the boundary between public content and protected operational tools.
Owner and purpose
matt88.it is owned and curated by Matteo D’Urso. It presents software, technical projects, services and professional information.
The site does not provide ecommerce, subscriptions, public accounts or automatic acceptance of professional engagements.
Information banner and acknowledgement
On the first visit, the site presents a technical summary with links to the Privacy, Cookie and Legal notices. Confirmation stores the version of the notice already shown in the browser.
Selecting “I understand” does not create a contract, limit user rights or amount to consent to non-essential processing; it only prevents the same notice from being shown again for 12 months.
Intellectual property and software
Unless otherwise stated, texts, visual systems, diagrams and brand assets are protected. Public descriptions do not imply that source code, repositories, APIs or internal infrastructure are public.
Where a project is open source, use of its code is governed by the licence published in the relevant repository.
Accuracy and reliance
Technical information may evolve. Metrics, availability and results are published only when supported by evidence. Public content is informational and does not create a professional engagement.

The /admin area is reserved for authorised internal use. Attempting to bypass authentication, access counters or interfere with operational controls is prohibited.
